Congratulations to Laura Berg who is this weeks winner of “what is it Wednesday?” It was an SLR camera with a slow shutter speed and I was turning my camera in a circular manner while the shutter was released. Laura I will get you your prize after I return to the states.

Greetings to you from Nagold, Germany where I am spending a few days on vacation with my dear friend Csilla and her husband Neletu. Nagold is a super cute little Germany town that I am looking forward to going out today an exploring more. I also hope to blog more in the coming days about my time in Berlin, there are way to many photos to go through so I need to get myself to sorting through thousands of images!

Happy Wednesday everyone! I have spent my morning attempting to get caught up on email and attempting to learn basic phrases in Germany via podcast. My head hurts….German is so different than any language I have attempted to learn before, but think it is important to at least try to learn a few basic phrases. For the record I am only fluent in English, I can manage to get around in Romanian and understand some Spanish.

To celebrate my upcoming trip to Germany, this weeks winner will receive a copy of photograph I will produce for the Berlin Art Installation that I will be of this April. I will be working together with a group of international artist to create an art show together in Berlin! So within an 11 day trip to Berlin, we will be creating and putting together the installation all within 11 days! Should be exciting! Therefore, your prize will not be sent until May.

Today is a special day. My dear friends from collage had their baby girl this morning! Praise the Lord for this new little buddle of joy! Barb and James I am so excited for you and can’t wait to meet her some day.

Today has also been an interesting day for me as I wrestle with different questions about who I am as an artist but also what my limitations are in general. I am really not super woman as I once thought I was

but it has been a great learning experience to be going through this process. I was greatly encouraged by several conversations that I had with people near and far today. It is amazing to see how people are brought in and our of our lives at the right time! Thank you friends!
