I had not been there in years, and I honestly never knew how much there was to see there. I only had a short time to explore the gardens with Rachel’s family, but later I saw a bit on my own before it closed. If you live in Grand Rapids and have not been to the gardens in awhile, I highly suggest you get out and visit!

Thanks to my friend and fellow photographer Lesley Kerr’s inspiration months ago, I love photographing wedding rings in unique places. Therefore, while at the gardens, I could not resist borrowing Rachel’s wedding rings and finding unique places to photograph them among the plants in the Victorian Gardens.
