Tonight, I got together with my friend Ruthie and her best friend Arelis, who recently just returned from Spain. Due to bus and subway schedules our session was delayed and therefore we lost a lot of available light in Central Park. However, we did not let that ruin their evening portrait session. I have known Ruthie for either four or five years now through the organization I work with while I am here in New York City. She is a delight, has great care and concern for the students we work with and such a sweet spirit! We had a blast taking pictures tonight (minus dodging the rats in the park) and ending the evening with Pizza at my favorite New York Pizza place – Mama’s on W106 and Amsterdam!
